We are recruiting 4 x Customer Service Administrators to join our client near Birmingham City Centre, which has easy public transport links.

You will be working for an organisation that manages public transport travel across the West Midlands region.

  • You will be working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.00 am to 6.00 pm on a shift rota basis, shifts you will be covering will either be 8.00 am to 4.00 pm or 10.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
  • You will also be required to cover every other Saturday working from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, you will receive a day off in the week as lieu when working a Saturday.
  • As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be:
  • Setting up new accounts, ensuring all details inputted are 100% accurate
  • Inputting financial information
  • As the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience in inputting with speed and accuracy
  • Flexibility to assist with other tasks when required
  • You may have experience with the following: Call Handler, Contact Centre Advisor, Query Handler, Team Assistant, Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Booking Administrator, and Reservations or any other similar position
  • As the Customer Service Administrator, you will receive an hourly pay rate of £14.21 per hour.
