As a Team Leader at Calon Lan you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of the service provided by you and your teams of Care Workers.

You will also share with other staff the responsibility in meeting the personal care needs of the people who use our services in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes Calon Lan's quality systems.
