Aramark UK is looking for a committed, self-motivated and hands on Senior Food Supervisor to join the business on site at Kingston University, Penhryn Road Campus.

As Senior Food Supervisor you will be integral to the teams success and you role will be to help lead and supervise our teams in delivering our high level of customer service within our food court and outlets.

To be successful in this role you must be able to work unsupervised, self-motivated and have a good high for detail and assist our teams in following company policies and procedures.

This is a full time, permanent role which will be working weekdays and weekends.

A day in the life of a Senior Food Supervisor:

  • Oversee day to day service in our retail areas, working alongside the manager to ensure a smooth and high-quality service is delivered in line with our standards and operating procedures.
  • With the team, deliver an exceptional experience to our students, visitors, and University staff to promote loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Assisting Management in overseeing team members to help ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained through a 'one team' ethos.
  • Ensure all hygiene food and safety standards are met across the business daily, demonstrating due diligence in H&S, food safety and allergen awareness.
  • Complete all paperwork daily as scheduled.
  • Checking cleaning schedules are completed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Entering daily sales onto our IT systems at the end of the day and assisting with regular stocktaking.
  • Ability to positively resolve and learn from complaints and comments, escalating as needed.
  • To conduct daily preshift briefings to ensure staff are briefed on menu specials or changes, dietary requirements, special promotions etc.
  • Participate with 'onthejob training' on an ongoing basis with the team and in line with company standards, completing any documentation of training as required.

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Experience in a similar supervisory
  • Experience within the hospitality/ catering industry
  • Friendly, polite and motivated individual to help support our team in delivering amazing customer service
  • Organised, hands on and punctual
