Our client is an Ambitious, Loyal and Proud organisation who are taking the Rural Fibre world by storm. They are currently on a mission to ensure rural communities can access future ready, hyper fast, full fibre broadband.

As a Consumer Sales Advisor your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.

  • Driving and delivering sales across areas that have access to our clients existing network, with one eye on future network builds. This will fall in line with KPI's set by Sales Director/Head of Sales/Team Leader.
  • Develop and nurture a steady pipeline of prospective sales.
  • Responsibility to answer any generic queries from the potential customer base and escalating any more complex questions to Team Leader/Head of Sales
  • Joint responsibility with the rest of the direct Sales team to hit B2C Sales KPI's and Targets.
  • No direct people management responsibility but will be expected to aid in training and mentoring of new staff joining the department.
  • Responsible for adhering to internal process and procedures including CRM management and Sales Applications.
  • Strictly adhere to GDPR guidelines with any sensitive information captured from consumers.
  • Responsible for working with and liaising with our Direct Sales Team to ensure the customer journey is a seamless as possible.
  • Responsible for upkeep of personal/business reputation by always remaining professional with colleagues and consumers.
  • Associates will report to daily statistics to their team leader.
An exciting opportunity for a Consumer Sales Advisor with the following.

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English
  • Experience in customer facing roles but not necessarily limited to sales
  • Previous experience in a fast paced work environment
  • Friendly, Outgoing and approachable
  • Self-Motivated
  • Positivity and resilience (Half glass full)
