Job Spec:

Program assurance lead - to stabilize and redesign Dynamics 365 platform Key Accountabilities:
Identifying, developing, and deploying end-user solutions including Dynamics 365 CRM

Perform full project lifecycle duties for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related ISV solutions including:
Project Definition/Estimating, Business Requirements Analysis, Functional/Technical Design.

Translate business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements and specifications for solutions Deliver business value on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and monitor and control project execution

Document business requirements in a clear and concise manner, including user stories and business process diagrams.

Facilitate meetings and lead review sessions with business stakeholders

Collaborate with the development team to devise the technical solutions that provide the best combination of maximum functionality and flexibility and minimum time, effort, and risk.

Lead, coach, train, and mentor new team members

Desired qualifications:
Program Manager with 5+years of extensive Dynamics 365 full life-cycle implementation and management experience (Customer Engagement/CRM, ideally). S Strong consultative, collaborative business partner.

Demonstrated proficiencies in most of the following:
Azure DevOps, deployments, and integrations

Breaking down complex business problems and designing elegant solutions with a focus on usability and data-driven decision-making

Collaborating within cross functional teams and building strong relationships

Identifying industry, business, and technology trends and best practices to enable continuous innovation.

Data analysis to ensure highest standards of data quality and data integrity.

UX orientation; understanding of business process to provide simple and user-friendly solutions Additional:
Experience with power platform

PMI certification
