As a Recruitment Consultant your duties would include, however, not be limited to:

Business development
developing relationships with new and existing clients through a wide range of activities, face to face client meetings, and negotiating partnership agreements.
Client management maintaining established relationships with regular contact and meetings.
Teamwork effectively promoting other disciplines and brands within PageGroup and working collaboratively with colleagues.
Recruitment managing an endtoend recruitment process, from initial client briefing, to shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.
