As a Recruitment Consultant your duties would include, however, not be limited to:

  • Business development
  • developing relationships with new and existing clients through a wide range of activities, face to face client meetings, and negotiating partnership agreements.
  • Client management maintaining established relationships with regular contact and meetings.
  • Teamwork effectively promoting other disciplines and brands within PageGroup and working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Recruitment managing an endtoend recruitment process, from initial client briefing, to shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.
