An opportunity has arisen for an Admin Team Leader to join us within the Community Paediatric Service, Children and Families Division.

We have five Administration Teams based across the city, who offer support to the Consultant Community Paediatricians.

The Team Leader role is primarily based at Moseley Hall Hospital but travelling to work with staff out at the bases, is also expected.

However, consideration may be made to change the Team Leader's base and can be discussed at interview. This post is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.


This interesting and varied role requires the ability to work well on your own initiative whilst being committed to teamwork.

Applicants need good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment.


You will be responsible for the day to day oversight of operational work and processes and also to line manage the Admin Support Teams with a view to driving efficiency and cohesion across all the Teams.


You will have the ability to work under pressure, prioritise your workload and to deal with confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner.
