Description

Halo Healthcare are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join the team, helping to promote independence whilst providing the best possible care to our service users.

We are specifically looking for those who genuinely want to make a difference in someone else's life,

Imagine someone being able to do something tomorrow they couldn't do today, all because of you

Duties include but not limited to:

Supporting vulnerable adults who may have learning disabilities, behaviours that are challenging, and or mental health needs.
Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and encouraging good personal hygiene.
Ensure the people we support are always safeguarded, by following accurate up to date care plans
