**Service Desk Analyst - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

  • Northampton

- £23,000-£25,000
  • Hybrid (Twice a week in office)**Gleeson Recruitment are working alongside a well established, leading national business based in Northampton who are looking to secure an up and coming Service Desk Analyst working document management system and related systems to join their fantastic teamon an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

You will need:

  • Must be able to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and the wider Microsoft stack
  • Strong knowledge of Win 10
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical users
  • Excellent customer service skills and ethos
