    About the Role

    We are seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join our well-established and respected Team. This is a non-volume role with an excellent caseload of work, providing a dynamic individual with the opportunity to excel in their career.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage a caseload of property litigation matters and other litigious cases with precision and efficiency.
    • Work collaboratively with a team of highly regarded lawyers, engaging in direct client interaction while running your own caseload.
    • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to ensure timely resolution of cases.
    • Apply demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in handling disputes cases, leveraging your skills to achieve successful outcomes.
    • Contribute to business development initiatives and cross-reference clients within the firm to foster growth and opportunities.

    Your Experience and Qualifications

    We are looking for an individual with between 1-6 years PQE or equivalent experience, such as CILEX, along with at least 6 months of litigation experience. In addition to this, you should possess:

    • Commercial acumen and financial awareness.
    • Strong technical skills in handling complex claims.
    • Confidence and professionalism in communicating with clients.
    • A team player mentality with a willingness to share knowledge and best practices.
    • Flexibility and openness to new working methods.
    • An alignment with our cultural principles of being clear, creative, determined, and supportive.
