Commercial Finance Analyst


Reporting to:
Key Accounts Holder


Location:
Nelson, Blackburn (3 days office, 2 days wfh)

Salary: 30, ,000 (dependent on experience)

I am currently recruiting a Commercial Finance Analyst for a wholesale company based in Nelson.

This is an excellent hybrid working opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and join a business that encourages people to 'think outside the box' and want to add value to a business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create, produce and manage weekly reports based on KPIs and business targets
  • In depth sales and margin analysis by customer, channel and region
  • Support the Commercial Team with price file management;
Monthly, quarterly and bi-annual customer pricing
Pricing calendar management

  • Assist the Key Account controller in the creation and delivery of tender documents for new business
  • Support in the review of commercial team results against. budget, understanding and challenging the performance of the team
  • Maintain and track customer rebates on a monthly basis
  • Work with Senior Buyers to track cost prices and expected market movements

Key Requirements:


  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
  • CIMA (or similar) qualified or working towards
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Proven work experience in fast paced environments
  • Experience of working in FMGC, ideally within the delivered wholesale industry would be advantageous
