Position
We are working with a well renowned asset manager on an exclusive Head of Investment Tax position.

This individual will lead on all things Investment Tax related (predominantly private markets - PE, Infra, Real Estate and Alternative Credit with some public) across a global remit.

The role sits in their Investment team and will have responsibility for a budget. The individual needs to be commercially minded and autonomous with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

Ownership of global tax affairs on investment portfolio
Deliver tax support to investment teams and ensure tax risks are well understood
Assist in transactions structing, onboarding of investment to tax governance and compliance and deal closing
Tax planning, strategy and risk management
Ongoing tax oversight of investments and investment structures through their lifecycle

Profile

This opportunity will suit ACA/CTA qualified individuals with 4+ years PQE with relevant transactions experience coming from M&A/Transaction Tax teams in practice.
Those who have made the move into a similar role inhouse.
