Description

Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls professionally and provide information about products and services
  • Utilize scripts to provide accurate information to customers
  • Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Ability to upsell products or services
  • Strong command of English
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

From £25,098.69 per year
