Monitoring and Planning Coordinator


LOCATION:
Iver, Buckinghamshire


PACKAGE:
£27,000 - £30,000

WAY OF WORKING:
Remote working. Full time, permanent position.


THE BUSINESS:


  • Techenabled sustainable energy business. Their aim is to develop, own and operate critical infrastructure for sustainable energy production.

THE OPPORTUNITY:


  • Monitor the performance of all company assets, including Solar Hybrid sites, EV Forecourts and EV Hubs across the UK
  • Process large quantities of raw data received remotely from SCADA systems (and/or similar) and collect their findings into meaningful information on the condition and performance of sites
  • Ensure plant performance is optimised at all times
  • Support continued development and consolidation of our SCADA systems, including onboarding of new assets when acquired
  • Ensuring "tickets" are raised and tracked with suppliers
  • Raising work orders on the CRM system and allocating resources, and scheduling them accordingly
  • The management and maintenance of data within the CRM System (Dynamics 365), which will include asset information, resources and capabilities, work order and service task generation, and generation of quotations and purchase order
  • Liaising with key stakeholders including Finance, Construction and Project Delivery, as well as external Contractors, to ensure the data is captured on the CRM system
  • Supporting the management of the Document Folder Structure on the internal data environment
  • Generate daily and weekly reports, ensuring KPIs are considered

YOUR KEY SKILLS:


  • Good attention to detail and able to organize multiple activities
  • Ability to compile clear and concise performance reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to achieve tight deadlines, prioritizing workloads.
  • Competent IT skills.
