EMEA Clinical Next Generation Sequencing Division Marketing specialist

Activities


The primary objective of the regional marketing organization is to own the transformation of global business strategy into regionally relevant, inspiring marketing that build customer value, revenue and growth.


Overall responsibility is to build and implement sales engagement strategy and support CSD campaign execution and drive product portfolio growth across all CSD business units.


Activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading the planning and executing of the campaigns to improve sales results in CSD.
  • Complement sales activation with direct customer engagement where appropriate.
  • Provide product and Opex administration for the EMEA marketing team.
  • Perform analysis of data from marketing campaigns including compliance and quality of marketing leads and optimize for future activities.
  • Actively leads the setup of NPIs (new product introductions) across the region including pricing across multiple countries and currencies, system set up, verification, notifications and information release.
  • Innovates the process and information of updates to price lists and notifications to relevant parties.
  • Assists with the implementation of yearly and monthly pricing changes from Regional Marketing Development Managers.
  • Ensure all sales channels have appropriate tools.
  • Support the organization of sales meetings and trainings (European Commercial meeting and insiders calls)
  • Support the coordination of NPIs Early Access projects.

Working with Customers

  • Regularly collaborate with internal and external customers to support VOC supporting CSD campaign activity in direct markets and with our channel partners and emerging regions (as appropriate)

Working within Marketing teams

  • Work with Marketing Analytics to understand value and revenue generation for specific marketing activities
  • Develop and lead regional execution of the Dedication and Community project of the Oncology campaign in collaboration with global market development team.

Working with Commercial teams

  • Work with the RMDs and commercial CSD district managers to plan sales activations projects
  • Train and support the sales team to optimally complete sales activation campaigns
  • Coordinates plan and key results for the CSD ECM meeting and weekly sales training updates
  • Built and innovate the CSD sales tools page

Revenue & Budget Responsibility:


  • Deliver sales enablement marketing activities to achieve marketing revenues goals and commercial revenue goals
  • Responsibility for supervising Marketing OpEx for the defined Campaigns and working with RMDs to ensure the value of marketing activities in line with EMEA targets
  • Responsible for establish CSD funnel tracking mechanism

Other

  • Travel up to 25%.

Skills and Background:


  • Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum 2 years of prior experience in a Market Development or Marketing Communications role.
  • Highly organized, independent contributor able to deliver on plans and timeline
  • Makes good decisions, remains flexible, and quickly responds positively to constantly evolving priorities and circumstances.
  • Teammate who is prepared to go above and beyond to accomplish critical objectives to drive business and financial outcomes.
  • Outstanding analytical, project management and planning skills necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially in digital channels.
  • In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
