Description

Stockport Grammar Junior School is seeking an individual with relevant Teaching Assistant experience to provide day-day individual pupil support, implementing the requirements of an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP).


You will work with teachers as part of a professional team to support the teaching and learning of pupils with SEND requirements.

Experience of working with young people and a good knowledge of SEND are essential


Post dependent on continuation of EHCP funding.
The salary will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the person appointed.
