Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

You will be liaising with both our customer and supplier network. You will also be the first point of contact for any customer service-related queries from our customers. You will raise case tickets through our system, to log, update and resolve any queries our customers may have. Ensuring both our customers and suppliers are kept updated.

This varied and dynamic customer support role would suit a motivated, professional who has strong, previous experience within sales & customer service who is looking to take the next step within their career.


You must be a highly driven, self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under sometimes pressurised circumstances.


Additional info:


  • The hours are full time, 9am5pm Monday to Friday.
  • Office based at our HQ in Christchurch.
  • Holiday entitlement: 20 working days plus public and bank holidays

Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
