IDT Product Specialist is responsible for identifying and defining the business needs to support business strategy and to determine solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems.

This role provides exciting opportunity to work with B2B fleetsand solving problems by providing innovative solutions.


Functional Skills:


  • Strong analysis and communication skills. Must be able to communicate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Should be able to communicate technical aspects into easytounderstand business language without using technical jargons.
  • Ability to work independently without guidance or supervision.
  • Ability to work as part of a virtual global team.
  • Should be able to conduct workshops with people from various backgrounds to understand business problems and elicit requirements.
  • Experience with working in Agile and Standard project methodology.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement ways of working.
  • Working with IT partners and thirdparty suppliers to ensure that solutions meet business needs, including testing, defect management and user education.
  • Manages the selection/creation of relevant scenarios for testing and ensures that tests reflect realistic operational business conditions.
  • Understands the industry and business positioning among competitors.
  • Promotes design thinking, agile and lean start up to create MVPs within the product line
  • Ability to shape and translate a technology enabled vision into delivery of successful business outcomes.

Requirements:


  • Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 6+ years of business analysis or product management experience.
  • Experience in retail (mobility) is a plus.
  • Project management exposure is a plus.
  • Experience in business analysis, change management and project management.
  • Ability to work with business users.
  • Ability to elicit requirements, document and translate them into functional specifications / user stories.
  • Ability to develop and execute test plans.
  • Should have strong stakeholder management skills.
