We are hiring We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team and we are actively recruiting for a customer service / sales administrator
.



Purpose of the role:

Dealing with inbound activity in a professional and timely manner while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanour.


Key responsibilities:


  • Dealing with inbound calls in a professional and timely manner whilst maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanour.
  • Dealing with customer complaints when required.
  • Accurately processing customer quotes and orders.
  • Liaising with operations teams to keep customers up to date and informed.
  • Working alongside and supporting other departments when needed.
  • Understanding customer needs and manage expectations.

What skills are we looking for:
Good communication skills, building customer rapport.

  • Problem solving.
  • Strong computer literacy & knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Driven with good time management & organisational skills.
