We're recruiting for a detail-orientated
Data Coordinator based in Portsmouth This is a full time,
fixed term role for 12 months working 37 hours per week.

A minimum of 20% of your hours will be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

Here's the facts about the role:

As a data coordinator, you'll help the business to maintain accurate data so that our systems can support our effective working practices.


Some of the main duties this'll include are:

  • Creating, updating & recategorising properties within set timeframes
  • Working with business intelligence, business analysts & colleagues across the business to create, amend & circulate data quality monitoring & exceptions reports
  • Reviewing & maintaining data dictionaries and RACI (responsible, accountable, consulted, informed) matrix for all data sets
  • Promoting the importance of accurate data across the business; encouraging a consistent approach to data management & embedding a data awareness culture
You'll have experience of data analysis & cleansing, along with excellent problem-solving skills. You'll be highly computer literate, especially in the use of programmes such as Excel. You'll have the ability to learn quickly, and the skills to work independently after the initial training period. Time management and multi-tasking are key skills needed for this position, as is impeccable attention to detail & accuracy.
