The Role:
As PM Coordinator, you will support the technical team in the administration and coordination of service providers to implement rectification works and assist in overseeing and managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets and projects in compliance with the relevant UK building safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate capital asset enhancement/upgrade projects, and tenant improvement works.
- Liaise with relevant service providers to help implement rectification works and Mechanical and Electrical services.
- Filing and technical due diligence in service records review across CAFM platforms operated by our outsourced providers
- Coordinate project teams through planning, control, and monitoring.
- Support the budgeting process and track the cost controlling of incurrence against budget.
- Prepare and analyse cost and variances for monthly management reporting.
Job Requirements:
- A graduate level Engineering (Civil, Environmental Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical) or relevant equivalent experience and qualifications within the built environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project) as well as AutoCad and experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
- Real estate experience and relevant understanding of CIBSE and SFG20 guidance.
- Planning, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to manage operations, peers, and external consultants simultaneously in a fluid and dynamic working environment.
