The Opportunity

Trócaire's Donor Services Team in Northern Ireland sits within the Ireland Division and engages in donor care and income processing.

As the Donor Services Assistant, you will support our work by delivering excellent donor care via various communications means, process all income for the region accurately, while collaborating with the overall Northern Ireland team.

This is an interesting and varied role for a skilled, experienced administrator who possesses great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will work as part of a supportive, hard working and collaborative team with a focus on delivering results.

You will work in a place where you will add value and help change millions of lives around the world.

You will work in our Belfast office, 3 days a week (between Monday and Thursday, Thursday being mandatory).
