Our client are pioneers of direct fresh produce supply into the UK and Irish markets with over 20 years trading experience.

They have a proven track record of delivering commercial benefits to their customers and developing long term relationships with growersand packers around the world.


They export more than 15 million cases of fruit from around the world annually into the UK & Ireland in a combination of bulk and finished goods formats.

They specialise in Grapes, Citrus, Soft Fruit, Top Fruit, Stone Fruit and Kiwi Fruit.

They are now looking for a data entry administrator apprentice to join their team.


Duties include:


  • Receive/book on all stocks for arrivals no later than 9am the following day (ETA reports/receipts)
  • Consulate data from the packhouse (warehouse/holding/packing facility for fruit) and record it on the internal system
  • Replicate packhouse stock movements onto their CRM system
  • Allocate stock to sales orders
  • Complete outoftheordinary stock movements
  • Making sure all stock numbers are accurate in line with packhouse
  • Dealing with any queries with the packhouse (external)
  • Monthend stock reconciliations for the finance department
  • Answer telephone during core hours

Person Specification:


  • A good attention to detail.


  • Competent computer skills

  • Comfortable using excel
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • To have good communication skills
  • The ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time restraints
  • UK driving license
