Danieli Group are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Executive to join our Bookings team, looking after our sites Stack, Yolo & the Muddler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, managing guest relationships, and driving sales by identifying opportunities and liaising with the Operations Team. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests.
Roles & Responsibilities:
·Respond to all inbound sales enquiries. Via - design my night, our on board booking system.
·Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, in a professional and timely manner
·Attend meetings to communicate with operational team.
·Work closely with the operational teams to ensure efficient practices are in place.
·Work with the Customer Experience Manager to improve guest relations and respond to feedback.
·Be a point of call for our Operations Team for any issues that may arise from customer bookings, whilst working to find the best outcome for everyone involved.
General working hours will be 11am-7pm Mon-Fri, weekend work maybe required to suit needs of the business.
