About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager/Director with extensive knowledge and expertise in the healthcare agency industry.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all compliance initiatives within our organization to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program specifically tailored to the healthcare agency industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations governing healthcare agencies, such as HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act.
  • Ensure compliance training programs are in place for all employees, providing education and guidance on relevant compliance topics.
  • Implement and manage effective policies, procedures, and protocols to prevent and detect violations and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and internal assessments to identify areas of potential non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to effectively address compliance-related issues and ensure consistent compliance throughout the organization.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of best practices and industry standards in healthcare compliance to continuously enhance the compliance program.
  • Conduct investigations into potential compliance breaches, report findings, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with external regulatory bodies, staying informed about changes in regulations and participating in industry forums and conferences.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, law, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in healthcare compliance is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a senior compliance role within the healthcare agency industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant healthcare compliance regulations and standards, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing effective compliance programs and policies.
  • Experience conducting audits, investigations, and risk assessments related to compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to staff at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong ethical principles, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies and participating in compliance-related industry events is a plus.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus
