Description

The Digital PMO function provides a Corporate service and is functionally responsible for driving the end-to-end process of identification, implementation and evaluation of Digital Projects for the ICB.

The PMO function will focus on the following key areas:

  • Provide a high level of support for Digital services to the ICB for PMO, procurement, ordering and administration
  • To work collaboratively with other teams within the Digital function both in the ICB and ICS.
  • To develop close relationships with internal teams within the ICB in particular Finance and Primary Care.
