Title: 1st and 2nd Line Infrastructure Analyst

Location:
Swansea (onsite work required)

Responsibilities

Logging, assigning and resolving technical support incidents and service requests
Daily system monitoring and checks
Desktop and laptop builds
Software installation and configuration
Monitoring backups and antivirus management

Experience needed

Experience working in technical support or on an IT Service desk.
Experience on a Helpdesk (or service desk) logging, assigning and resolving internal support incidents & service requests.
Experience with Active Directory User, computer and group management.
Use of Office 365 (limited permissions work is acceptable).
Selfassured, reliable and outgoing and able to influence and persuade nonIT professionals.

Remuneration package
