Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to come and join our team and help support individuals in Polbeth.

This is to provide a day service with meaningful activities and encourage engagement to the people we support.

Staff also have access to the service mini bus that can be used for day trips out of the service and into the community, this would be an added benefit if the Support Worker would happy to drive the small mini bus.

If you are good with music and would like to set up some music groups then that would be encouraged and you would be supported to do this.

The team like to plan and organise celebrations around key times of the year and to get the people we support engaged in making decorations.

Support is given in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.

**Your day to day tasks will involve: - **- maintaining care plans
