Income Generation Assistant - Full time - 6 month fixed term contract, with potential to extendClosing date: 9am, Tuesday 5 September 2023Interviews: Thursday 14 September 2023This is an administrative and supporter facing role, primarily focusing on appeal donation processing,
CRM data entry and management and customer service.
The Income Generation team is at the heart of CPRE, dealing with all member and supporter

This role supports multiple teams within the Fundraising & Supporters directorate. It is
primarily responsible for ensuring all appeal donations are processed in a timely manner and
that our valued members and supporters are thanked accordingly. In addition to this, the role
supports the Philanthropy & Partnerships team, the Individual Giving team and the Director
of Fundraising & Supporter.

You will therefore be in the front line of talking to our valued members and supporters,
working on our supporter database as well as supporting with reception cover, when required.
You will gain a well-rounded view of the organisation and support the CPRE in a very essential
role. Full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, able to manage multiple tasks with an ability
to keep to deadlines. It is essential you have great interpersonal skills as you will be
liaising with different colleagues across national CPRE as well as our local CPRE colleagues
and of course, our supporters. This is a 6 month, fixed term role with potential to be
extended.
