Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting in the search for a Senior Technical Coordinator to run their flagship scheme, looking after 2 phases in Hertfordshire comprising of 1000 units.

Desired experience:

35 years working on residential schemes for a developer or Main Contractor
Strong individual capable of running a large scheme
Proven ability to solve any technical issues that may arise
Wide knowledge on building regulations and planning systems.
