Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and market trends
  • Assist with research to identify strengths and weaknesses in operations and suggest improvements
  • Once full training is complete you will have the chance to manage a team of your own

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred but not required (we provide full paid training)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Outstanding time management and teamwork skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,580.00-£24,040.00 per year
