Location:
Penton Street, N1 9PT + weekly travel to our second depot in South London


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (flexible working times and opportunity to occasionally work from home)


Salary:
£27,500 - £30,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

London's public bike sharing scheme is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

There are more than 12,300 bikes, 500 ebikes and over 800 bike docking stations across London to help you get around quickly and easily.

The scheme recently expanded to Southwest London so now you can saddle up anywhere from Shepherds Bush to Canary Wharf and Wandsworth Town to Camden Town.


Reporting to the Learning and Compliance Partner, you will promote a compliance culture across the contract by developing the Compliance, Risk and Quality systems.


This role will see you maintain an accurate and fully compliant Training Matrix, training records and Learning Management System (LMS), leading on the coordination, delivery, and tracking of all training.


You will become the Subject Matter Expert on learning resources and Apprenticeships available by answering any enquiries, using feedback to Support design, development, and delivery of blended learning solutions, innovatively using both inhouse and external supplier resources.

What you'll need to do this role
First and foremost, you will have excellent organisational and record keeping skills with high attention to detail. You will have the ability to work with changing priorities and with multiple projects.


This role will see you using your high competence level of Office 365 products to produce high quality and clear documentation and presentations whilst demonstrating strong written English skills.


Within this role you will be required to communicate across a diverse team providing organisational assistance as required to achieve the common goal.

You will be willing to work towards professional training and/or compliance qualifications that the role may require.
