Key Attributes:
Strong leadership experience, ideally working in a similar supervisory role.

A hands-on approach to work.

Ideally Lathe, Mill and Brake Press machine experience.

Ability to work on projects from design through to finished product.

The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Salary is dependent on experience.
