The Best Connection is currently looking for an administrator to join our client based in Eurocentral on an temporary on going basis.


This role will involve:


  • Answering calls from customers and also drivers who have delivery issues on their route
  • Updating system with information
  • Taking complaints and passing on to the correct department
  • Working on google sheets

For this role you will need the following:

  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work the available shift pattern
  • IT skills
  • Own transport due to the shift timings

Hours:

Sunday 10am - 6.30pm

Monday to Thursday 3pm - 11pm


Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
