We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team of customer service professionals, who will be responsible for assisting customers with product questions and helping them find the product they're looking for.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about our products and to become knowledgeable about the products you sell.

Our Retail Sales Associates work during regular business hours and are required to be available one or two evenings a week and every other weekend.

• Work under mínimal supervision.
• Handle quick, stressful situations calmly and appropriately.
• Maintain a pleasant demeanor with customers and coworkers, regardless of the situation.
• Deliver optimal customer service to patrons, answering questions and solving problems.
• Accurately complete cash register procedures including: calculating sales tax, handling returns, giving change, etc.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
