Our client is one of the UK and Ireland's leading and fastest growing soft FM service providers, offering the full range of professional cleaning services nationwide.

Their client base includes some of the largest purchasers of facilities management services in the UK and Ireland.


Due to unprecedented growth in the last 3 years, the business is looking to hire 4 Business Development Executives to join a dynamic and thriving sales team.

This is a graduate position; however, your area of study is not important. We are simply looking for highly organized and charismatic individuals, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the region, utilising various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential targets and develop targeted sales strategies to penetrate these markets effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to leverage opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decisionmakers, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating tenacity, ambition, and a resultsdriven approach.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish longlasting relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence key decisionmakers.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
