We are seeking to recruit an Early Years Educator to join our established home-based pre-school that has been graded twice outstanding by Ofsted.

You will be joining a committed and enthusiastic team and have significant opportunities for professional development, funded by the setting.

We are seeking a highly qualified applicant with a positive attitude who proactively works towards ongoing improvement in quality practices within their work.

The successful applicant will require a deep understanding of the Early Years Curriculum. Additionally, to support in planning and assessment applicants will need to demonstrate excellent written English.

Rainbow House sets very high standards and the staff work tirelessly to maintain those standards - so if you do not believe in attention to detail - Rainbow House would not be the setting for you.
