GJWSPORTS are looking for high quality sports coaches to work alongside our current team during half term school holidays. We deliver a number of high quality holiday camps at our main site in sawbridgeworth. Our camps are on offer Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm (half term only)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver sports coaching sessions to groups
• Teach and demonstrate sports techniques and skills
• Develop training programs and practice schedules
• Organise and coordinate sports, competitions, and tournaments
• Ensure the safety of children during training sessions
• Maintain equipment and facilities used for sports activities

Experience:

• Previous experience in sports coaching
• Strong knowledge of the specific sport(s) being coached
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and the ability to work well with individuals of all ages and skill levels
• Organisational skills to plan and manage training sessions
