Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a highly successful and leading manufacturing company who are looking for an Engineering Draughtsperson.

The company design and manufacture specialist lightweight steel products. This is a great opportunity for someone experience or looking to train and develop further.
Hybrid working is available.

The Engineering Draughtsperson will be responsible for:

  • Developing concept steelwork design through to manufacture
  • Producing 2D component design and isometric drawings for assembly
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts including customers
  • Reviewing solutions to ensure designs meet the requirements of manufacture and
installation

The Engineering Draughtsperson will need:

  • A sound basic understanding of steelwork design
  • Working knowledge of 2D CAD software
  • Experience of working in a design for manufacturing/assembly environment
  • Good communication skills
