Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the One Aftersales team for an Automotive Technical Support Specialist to join us on a full time permanent basis.

You will be self-motivated and have a proven track record of using your diagnostic capability on a range of vehicle technology and a wide experience in all aspects of vehicle repairs.

You will ideally be qualified to Master Technician and/or High Voltage Expert standard.

You will also take ownership of information and provide guidance with a customer centric approach whilst meeting Group global targets for both quality and efficiency.

As this is a customer focused role, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to interact with our Authorised Repairer network and other stakeholders.

Problem solving and producing positive resolutions, as well as creating and implementing preventative measures will be a primary focus. You will have a keen interest in technology and the future direction of the automotive industry. A knowledge and interest in Connected Car systems is also desirable.
