Description:
Wild are working with an established global market leader based in Milton Keynes working as a People Advisor.


Working as a People Advisor you will be working as part of a team to ensure the company interests, develops and keeps the best talent.


Responsibilities:


  • Support managers with employee relations issues
  • Manage the probation process
  • On boarding of new employees
  • Complete payroll on a monthly basis
  • Update job descriptions
  • Help managers with training with both recruitment, on boarding and ER cases
  • Put forward new suggestions to improve the day to day operations
  • General administration
  • Be a first point of contact for hiring managers
  • Update policies and procedures
  • Support with recruitment campaigns
  • Assist with reporting

Experience:


  • Experience within a similar role as a HR Advisor
  • Must have a good understanding of employment and HR processes
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to manage stressful situations
