Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar area.


Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
• Adhere to all food safety and beverage handling procedures to ensure the safety of guests
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and promotions to provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and safety regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards is a plus

£8.60-£11.44 per hour
