We're looking for a
Bid Coordinator to join our specialist Healthcare team within the Construction business, working nationally.


Location:
National Role / Hybrid (Home & Office network depending on location)


Contract:
Permanent, full time


Kier Health, part of Kier Construction are looking to recruit a Bid Coordinator to support the our healthcare bid teams.

You will be working on healthcare bids, procured through a number of different frameworks (ProCure23, SBS, CCS etc.) and traditionally.


Responsibilities

  • Working with the wider Kier Health team and regional teams, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and compiling expressions of interest and tender submissions from receipt to submission to interview.
  • Responsible for managing the whole process and the visual style of the submissions and interviews, whilst tailoring to each clients' individual requirements.
  • Providing relevant and highquality submissions content whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency, you will also ensure the best collective data is available and present information in engaging and innovative ways
  • Developing and updating work winning collateral including project case studies, alongside managing and uploading content to the online health bid library.
  • It will be imperative that you support, engage and develop the wider team whilst driving positive change and continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?

  • Being proficient with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat and Microsoft software will play a key role in your success in this role, as well as having the ability to produce wellpresented and structured information materials.
  • As there are tight deadlines, working efficiently, fluidly and flexibly is necessary as well as having effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to lead teams through the bid process, keeping the whole team on track and supporting production, whilst managing their other priorities.
