The One Group are pleased to be working with one of the big hitters in the engine manufacturing world, my client is seeking a CNC Turner to join their components team on a permanent basis to manufacture engine components for a range of customers across theAutomotive, Motorsport, Aerospace and Marine sectors.

My client has just won a new contract and with that in mind they are seeking a strong Turner machinist to join the company where you will be involved in manufacturing engine components using Fanuc controlled machines for their customer base working on a doubleday shift.

The day to duties includes:

Setting and operating Takisawa Lathes using Fanuc controls
Manufacturing components to the highest of standards
Selfinspection of components
Suggest improvement regarding methods, processes, and tooling

What we are looking for:

Knowledge of CNC machines
The ability to edit programs at the controls
Knowledge of Fanuc controls (other controls may be considered)
