Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Tradewind are recruiting for a further education college in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, that has been rated as "good" by Ofsted.

The college offers a wide range of courses for students of all ages and abilities, and is committed to providing high-qualityeducation and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing firstline technical support to staff and students
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
Maintaining and updating the college's IT systems and equipment
Installing and configuring software and hardware
Providing training and support to staff and students on the use of IT systems
Ensuring the security and integrity of the college's IT systems
Assisting with the management of IT projects

Qualifications and Experience:

A relevant IT qualification, such as a degree or diploma in computer science or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
Knowledge of network infrastructure and administration
Experience with IT security and data protection
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
