Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)


Working Hours:

Full Time


Location:

Farnborough, hybrid role (1-2 days in office)


Contract:

UK Operations and Office Manager.

The UK Operations and Office Manager's overall focus will be to support the growth and development of the UK market ensuring all office/ business processes are maintained and updated proactively.

In addition, liaising with both existing and new clients, prospectsas well as suppliers/ partners to support business operational administration, targets and objectives.

Ensuring UK activities align with the wider rpc company objectives, targets and goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage and update all UK office and business processes
  • Effective recording and administration of UK projects current and potential
  • Maintain and update UK reporting and analysis tools
  • Liaising with rpc UK suppliers and partners for the purposes of effective and efficient business conduct
  • Account Management
  • Creative support for Tender and Proposals responses
  • Update flash reports for Company visibility
  • On project delivery
  • Ensure alignment with rpc HQ

To be successful, you will have
:


  • Office management experience
  • Account management
  • Financial literacy
  • SAP Experience
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Advanced Microsoft abilities including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Outlook skills
  • Selfmotivated and driven towards excellence
  • Ambitious
  • Client management experience
  • Flexible, adaptable and professional approach to work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
