Our client is a children's nursery and offers competitive salary.

As a
Cook, you prepared the food in accordance with the constantly changing menu for the nursery.

Responsibilities

Prepare food for consumption including preparation of fruits and vegetables.
Assist in receiving, storing and preparing food items for consumption including set up of trays, tables and cooking equipment.
Cook necessary items according to recipes.
Clean dishes, pots and pans, utensils and cooking equipment.
Restock kitchen inventory.
Monitor food stock.
In addition to his or her primary responsibility, each employee is required to also be responsible for following all safety rules and regulations, complying with all company policies, practices, and procedures, following departmental policies and procedures as applicable

Additional responsibilities include:

Promote an environment of safety and security for the residents and staff.
Ability to reach, walk, bend, stoop, pull, push and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a team environment or alone depending on specific situation.
Ability to follow instructions properly.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£25,800.00 per year
