Business Administration Assistant


Reporting to:
General Manager


Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary:
£24, per annum pro rata)


Contract:
Permanent


Working Location:
South Liberty Lane, Ashton, Bristol with potential for remote working after a training period


We are a family business working in the areas of building maintenance, plumbing and heating and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our office team to provide administrative support.

We work mainly with house builders to provide snagging resolution in their new build properties and we are looking to expand the business.

Your main role as an Administration Assistant will be to provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations of the team and wider business, tasks include:

  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages
  • Maintaining our job management system previous experience using a job management system would be desirable
  • Communicating with other team members for job updates
  • Scheduling appointments with customers
  • Sending reports to clients

We can offer the following:
