We're looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk Advisor to join our Head Office in Trowbridge.
This role is part of a small but dedicated team who consistently deliver excellent customer service to our many happy clients.
We need you to have strong customer service skills and it would be advantageous if you're experienced with Windows, Windows server, Linux and IT solutions in general.
Day to day, you'll be speaking with customers via telephone or video call, helping them to implement and manage their products as well as troubleshooting.
- The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of the team
- Good work ethic
- Ability to upsell additional products/services
- Knowledge of security and data protection
- Experience in a previous customer service role
- Track record of excellent customer service
The role will be office based in Trowbridge with the ability to work from home up to two days per week once your training has been completed.
You'll get 30 days holiday per year including bank holidays, enrolment into the company pension scheme and various other benefits too.
The location of the office is within a modern shared workspace which offers ample free parking onsite and a relaxed informal atmosphere.
