Part time (15 hours per week), 39 weeks per year

Main purpose of the Role:


  • To support the Pupil Support Team and Wellbeing and Safeguarding Team with administration tasks required to safeguard and support the children and young people at Exeter a Learning Community.

Responsibilities:


  • To provide general administrative support for the Safeguarding Team and Pupil Support Team
  • Support with the input of safeguarding information and documents into the CPOMS system
  • To maintain students safeguarding files and uphold confidentiality at all times
  • Take minutes of safeguarding meetings ensuring accurate records are kept
  • To prepare Year 6, and other pupil leaver, documentation for transfer
  • To undertake any other administrative tasks if required.
